Medical Obesity Management

"Add-on" therapies refer to in addition to lifestyle [LS] optimisation, not instead of. These can include any of the following: very-low-energy-diets [VLEDs], obesity management medications [OMMs], endoscopic bariatric therapies, and metabolic bariatric surgery [MBS]. Given obesity is a chronic progressive disease, over time a "step-up" i.e. intensification of therapy and/or combination therapy may be required.

Am I suitable for Obesity-Modifying Medical therapy?

Living with a BMI ≥ 30, or BMI ≥ 27 and at least one health condition which should improve with a reduction in adipose levels.
